Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous alarm by monitoring a key inserted state in a keyhole and setting a warning state of an auto-theft preventing device only when a key is removed from the keyhole, thereby eliminating the automatic seting of the warning state at an unnecessary time. CONSTITUTION:Key removal detecting means 51 for detecting the removal of a key from a keyhole is provided in an auto-theft alarm discriminating means 57. Thus, when an output signal from the means 51 and the closed state of all openable units from setting operation detecting means 53 and a locked state detection signal are inputted to the means 57, an alarm unit is set to a warning state. After becoming the warning state, when the means 58 detects the fact that any of the units is opened from the output signal of the means 55 without the prescribed opening operation, an alarm is generated.
