CONSTITUTION:A sampling signal corresponding to reproduction range data and the reproduction speed is generated according to the operation contents of a mouse 5. Then a speech data segmentation part (data input part 6 for reproduction) segments speech data corresponding to the reproduction range data in a storage part and (memory 1) and a speech signal reproduction part (D/A conversion part 7) converts the segmented speech data from digital to analog corresponding to the sampling signal to reproduce a speech signal.
