PURPOSE:To fit a magnetic shielding plate to a transformer simply and moreover firmly by a method wherein a holding bolt provided with a holding bar is penetrated through a gap part formed according to spacers to hold the divided magnetic shielding plates to a core clamping fitment. CONSTITUTION:A cooling oil flow channel 16 to enable to cool effectively according to insulating oil, and spacers 15 to fix firmly both of respective magnetic shielding plate units 8A, 8B are provided at the gap part between the divided respective magnetic shielding plate units 8A, 8B. The magnetic shielding plate units are fixed by clamping in the axial direction of windings according to a holding nut 17B through a holding bolt 17 threadingly attached to a core clamping fitment 6 and a holding bar 17A fixed in one body to the holding bolt 17 thereof utilizing the cooling oil flow channel 16.
