PURPOSE:To obtain a clean sink easy to be used. CONSTITUTION:A drain hole 9 is formed to the base of a water tank 6 adjacent to the rear wall 7 of the water tank 6 and the sidewall 8 of one side communicating with the rear wall, and a refuse container 11 is installed to the drain hole 9. A refuse cage 12 is mounted into the refuse container 11. A gentle inclination is formed to the base of the water tank 6 in the direction of the drain hole 9. A plate-shaped cover body 13 closing the drain hole 9 and being formed on approximately the same surface as the base of the water tank 6 is set up onto the top face of the drain hole 9, and the cover body 13 is fitted detachably to the drain hole 9 and movably to the drain hole 9. A clearance 14 for water passage for draining is disposed between the cover body 13 and the rear section of the drain hole 9. Since the drain hole is formed to the base of the water tank adjacent to the sidewalls of two sides communicated of the water tank and the refuse container is arranged to the drain hole, cooking refuse is flowed along the sidewalls of the water tank and can be scavenged into the refuse container of the drain hole when cooking refuse in the water tank is washed away while the plate-shaped cover body closing the drain hole is mounted detachably onto the top face of the drain hole, thus displaying the effect of usage, etc., extending over a wide range of the base of the water tank.
