CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte is prepared by adding 0.2-1.0mol/l aluminium ion and 0.1-0.6mol/l zinc ion into a mixing bath containing 0.1-1.0mol/l phosphoric acid and 1.5-7.0mol/l sulfuric acid, and the white coated film is formed by anodic-oxidization of titanium and titanium alloy in the electrolyte. Aqueous hydrogen peroxide is added in to the electrolyte if necessary. |
