Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform backwash without stopping a deaerator and to remove dust sticking to the inside of a deaerating module. CONSTITUTION:A membrane type deaerating module 6 is connected with forward passages 9a, 9b and backward passages 10a, 10b at both the ends facing oppositely. The forward passage 9a connected with one end side of the membrane type deaerating module 6 and the backward passage 10a connected with the other end side of the membrane type deaerating module 6 are connected with a water supply line 3 on the raw water supply part 1 side interchangeably with each other, and the backward passage 10b connected with one end side of the membrane type deaerating module 6 and the forward passage 9b connected with the other end side of the membrane type deaerating module 6 are connected with a water supply line 3 on the treated water supply part 2 side interchangeably with each other.
