Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To clean not only a culture net vertically hung in the sea from a raft but a culture net at the bottom by operating a driving wheel and engaging the wheel with the culture net at the bottom to move the culture net when a washer rising and falling by a vertically moving winch mechanism on the sea reaches a position wherein the washer is brought into contact with the culture net at the bottom of the sea. CONSTITUTION:A washer 7 to rise and fall by a vertically moving winch mechanism 15 on the sea is equipped with a driving wheel 1. When the washer 7 reaches a position where the washer is brought into contact with culture net 9 at the bottom, the driving wheel 1 is operated, engaged with the culture net 9 at the bottom and moved to clean the net.
