Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to output an edited picture by editing plural input pictures by easy operations. CONSTITUTION:The pictures of an original read by a picture reading means 1 and inputted via an input file 4 are successively displayed on the display screen of a display device 23, each picture of the areas designated by a pointing device 24 is segmented, the pictures of the segmented areas are read from a picture memory and the pictures are stored in a file device 25. When each picture stored in the file device 25 is read, synthesized and outputted, each picture is magnified or reduced by an image process or part 21 in accordance with the allocation areas or the magnification designated via an operation control part 26, each area is allocated to each picture and each picture is outputted via a writing means 3.
