Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting coil, which is very thin, has insulating layers having a large insulation effectiveness, has good electrical characteristics and is manufactured using an oxide superconducting material, by a method wherein the insulating layers are formed in such a way that they consist of layers of a constitution, wherein ceramic long fibers are arranged in parallel to one another in the same direction, and the like. CONSTITUTION:The title coil is a superconducting coil having a constitution, wherein conductive layers consisting of an oxide superconducting material wire material and insulating layers are alternately laminated on an insulative core material, the insulating layers are formed in such a way that they consist on thin layers of a constitution, wherein ceramic long fibers are arranged in parallel to one another in the same direction, or thin layers of a constitution, wherein ceramic long fibers are arranged in parallel to one another in the same direction and moreover, ceramic powder is made to contain in between the fibers. For example, a wire material covered with a metal having a malleability is wound on the powder of an oxide superconducting material to make superconducting material wire material layer form, rovings of ceramic long fibers are arranged in parallel to one another thereon, a ceramic fiber UD sheet made to pressure bond using a binder component is wound on the rovings and an insulating layer containing the binder component is made to form.
