PURPOSE:To position a hook section always at the center of a barrel section of a cover clip by bringing guide wall section at the bottom of the barrel section of the cover clip body into contact with side surfaces of a shaft body extending from the hook section. CONSTITUTION:While an opening H is formed in an outer panel P1 of a cargo deck, a cover clip body 5 of plastic is fitted on the rim of the opening H. On the other hand, a housing 1 of a rope hook is fixed within an inner panel P2. A hook section 3 of the top of a shaft body 2 supported to be raised or lowered within the housing 1 is either projected from or retracted into the cover clip body 5. The cover clip body 5 has a barrel section for forming an error accommodation gap 11 between the opening rim of the outer panel P1 and has triangular catches 8's which elastically deform outward and inward against both side walls of the shaft body 2. Further, the cover clip body 5 is provided with a thin flange section 7 at the top rim and an inwardly bending guide wall section 9 over the bottom rim.
