CONSTITUTION:In a fluorescent lamp laminated and coated with a nonluminescent material layer and a phosphor layer or coated with a luminescent composition material mixed with a nonluminescent material and phosphors on the inner face of a glass bulb, the nonluminescent material is made of an oxide containing at least one kind of rare earth element among yttrium, cadmium, and lanthanum.
