MEHTOD AND DEVICE FOR COMMUNICATION CONTROL FOR PARALLEL COMPUTER

PURPOSE:To increase the use efficiency of a network and the use efficiency of the whole system as to the parallel computer formed by connecting plural processors by the network. CONSTITUTION:The decentralized memory type parallel computer constituted by mutually connecting communication control means (C0...Cn) of respective processor elements P0...Pn by the network NW monitors the writing of data from the processors to memories to detect writing to a specific area as data to be sent, adds a transfer destination identification code and a transfer destination address which are found previously to the data to be sent, and sends the data to the reception-side processor element which is determined according to the transfer destination identification code MK, thereby storing the sent data in the memory of the reception-side processor element according to the transfer destination address. Consequently, part of the data can be divided and send to other processor elements without waiting for all data to be processed, thereby performing parallel computation.
