PURPOSE:To obtain a managing plate for an article or the like capable of collecting and managing article information by providing stud reference holes for a permeable pin for article management for a non-permeable substrate and/or a permeable reading reference pin at the edge of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The stud reference pins 5, 5 for the permeable pins 9, 9... for article management for the non-permeable substrate 1 and/or the permeable reading reference pins 11, 11 are provided at the edge part 4 of the substrate 1. The managing plate A of the article or the like is stuck on the appropriate part of the article such as a high pressure gas bomb, etc., while, the pins 9, 9... for article management are read by aligning the reading reference point of a proximity sensor, photoelectric sensor, the reading sensor of a CCD camera, etc., with plural permeable reading reference pins 11, 11 studed around the non-permeable substrate 1.
