Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain an impedance type sensor having excellent corrosion resistance by applying a fusible conductive macromolecular compound, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high conductivity and can form a pattern for the electrode of a sensor for detecting the change in resistance. CONSTITUTION:An electrode part 1 of a corrosion-resistance impedance type sensor comprises a fusible conductive macromolecular compound. Positive or negative resist is laminated on a fusible conductive macromolecuar compound film. The electrode part 1 is manufactured by a pattern forming method using visible light or radiation.
