Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make rotary joints withstand high water pressure and rotate freely at all times by connecting a winding-down pipe of sprinkler extinguishing facilities using the rotary joints. CONSTITUTION:Rotary joints R1 to R4 of a winding-down pipe unit are constituted by a female pipe joint A and a male pipe joint B which is inserted in it. A ring 9 which is fitted in a groove 8 of the male pipe joint B is engaged with a retaining section 11 at the tip of the female pipe joint A, and a seal packing 7 is provided in such a way that it contacts the ring 9 between both joints to constitute joints which can rotate freely and are sealed.
