Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the title dispersion which is excellent in storage stability and forms a resin film excellent in resistance to water and solvent. CONSTITUTION:The title dispersion is prepd. by reacting an org. polyisocyanate, a polyhydroxy compd., and a carboxylated compd. to give a carboxylated NCO- terminated urethane prepolymer, reacting the prepolymer with an excess amt. of a polyamine, water, and a nutralizing agent to simultaneously carry out chain extension and emulsification, and reacting the resulting amine-terminated polyurethanepolyurea with a diisocyante.
