Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To mass-produce a floor plate for a road excellent in strength and decoration at low cost by effectively utilizing large amount of sludge generated from a sewage disposal plant or the like. CONSTITUTION:A compounded body is obtained by adding at least one kind of clay, porcelain stone and agalmatolites to the crushed granules of crystalline molten slag. A formed base body having a necessary shape is formed of the compounded body. A surface layer is made of the raw material of ceramics for decorating the surface layer. This surface layer is integrated on the surface of the formed base body, dried and thereafter burned. Or the compounded body is obtained by adding at least one kind of clay, porcelain stone and agalmatolites to both the crushed granules of crystalline molten slag and incineration ashes of sludge. A formed base body having a necessary shape is formed of this compounded body. A surface layer made of the raw material of ceramics for decorating the surface layer is integrated on the surface of the formed base body, dried and thereafter burned.
