REINFORCING-MATERIAL INSERTING GUIDE

PURPOSE:To prevent the inflow of a base into a reinforcing-material inserting guide even, when insertion to the base of a reinforcing material is interrupted by installing a hollow internal guide, which can be slid in the longitudinal direction in the hollow hole of the reinforcing-material inserting guide and length of which is longer than a distance between an end in the direction of anti- extrusion of the inserting guide and the mouthpiece of an extrusion molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A front end in the direction of extrusion of an internal guide 6 is positioned at a front end in the direction of extrusion of an inserting guide 3 under the state in which the operation of an extrusion molding machine 1 is stopped when an extrusion-molded raw (uncured) product 7 having a built-in preceding reinforcement 4a is extrusion-molded. A front end in the direction of a subsequent reinforcement 4b extrusion-molded is positioned at the front end in the direction of extrusion of the internal guide 6, and the reinforcement 4b is housed in the internal guide 6. Accordingly, the inserting guide 3 is closed by the internal guide G and the reinforcement 4b, thus preventing the inflow of a base 2 into the inserting guide 3.
