MANUFACTURE OF TUBE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT

PURPOSE:To improve the safety and the productivity by forming a coverage layer on the surface of a metal pattern which has the outer circumferential surface of the size same as the inner circumferential surface of a tube, setting a specific member on the outer circumferential surface of the pattern, and furthermore, fitting a contractible tubular body around the pattern so as to integrate the specific member and the coverage layer. CONSTITUTION:To a round rod-form metal pattern 13 whose small bore corresponding position 13a of a cannula 1A has a specific diameter, a polyvinyl chloride tube 9A having a specific outer diameter and thickness is fitted from the outer side, remaining a large bore corresponding part 13b of the connula 1A. And it is heated and contracted to form the first coverage layer 9A of vinyl chloride. Then a tube 10A is fitted to the large bore corresponding position 13b of the metal pattern 13 form the outer side, a spiral core 8A is fitted over the small bore corresponding position 13a, and a tubular chip 11A is fitted over the front end corresponding position 13c nerghboring the small bore corresponding position 13a. And an adhesive is spread on the inner surface of a polyvinyl chloride tube 12B of a specific outer diameter and thickness, the tube 12B is fitted over the tube 10A, the spiral core 8A, and the tubular chip 11A, and a heating and contracting process is applied to form a coverage layer 12A, and they are integrated.
