Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an electric cooker capable of stewing, baking, and steaming without using the steam pressure. CONSTITUTION:Both a cooking-vessel 1 and a lid body 2 with which the whole surface of the cooking-vessel 1 is covered are provided. Foods to be cooked, which are placed in the cooking-vessel 1, are cooked by steam S stored in the inner space between the cooking-vessel 1 and the lid body 2. A steam- reheating heater 4 for reheating the steam S in the inner space and a fan for diffusing the steam S in the inner space are also provided.
