Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To simultaneously eliminate dissolved oxygen in food and drink and oxygen in a vacant space in a container and to prevent deterioration of food and drink by adding an ascorbic acid oxidase to the food and drink. CONSTITUTION:Food and drink is blended with an ascorbic acid oxidase, e.g. derived from cucumber or the enzyme with a substrate thereof or an edible deoxidant to remove oxygen dissolved in food or drink. Simultaneously, a deoxidant (e.g. tyrosine oxidase) is added to a vacant space in a container containing the food and drink to remove oxygen in the vacant space.
