CONSTITUTION:For this case for optical disk with stereoscopic image observation lens, a first plate-shaped member 1 equipped with a housing part 11 for the optical disk, second plate-shaped member 2 equipped with a pair of lens 21 and 22 at an eye interval and third plate-shaped member 3 formed between the first and second plate-shaped members are linked through creases 41 and 42, and a crease 24 is provided at the middle of the second plate-shaped member. This case for optical disk can be utilized as a stereoscopic image observation tool by attaching or printing a stereoscopic photograph to the third plate-shaped member 3.
