BUBBLING EQUIPMENT WITH MOVABLE PLATE

PURPOSE:To obtain bubbling equipment capable of increasing extraction efficiency to extract dissolved gas in a short time by installing a movable plate which is in the liquid phase part on bubbling stoppage and rises by rising force and floating force of bubbles generated when starting bubbling. CONSTITUTION:This equipment is composed of a vessel 1 including a liquid 21, a bubbling gas supply pipe 2, a bubble generator 3, a gas discharge port 4, a supply port 5 for gas replacing a head space 22, and a movable plate 6. The movable plate 6 is on the liquid surface not to prevent replacement of the head space 22 when bubbling is stopped and rises by rising force of bubbles generated to be located normally at the upper part of the liquid phase part during bubbling. The rising force of bubbles is weakened when passing the movable plate 6 to lessen the liquid 21 entrained by bubbles. Since the rising force of bubbles is restrained the extra of bubbles by the weight of the plate 6 to increase the bubbling flow more than the stationary type, extraction efficiency can be increased.
