Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To suppress a variation in the pressure in a melting furnace and reduce the negative pressure to reduce the heat loss due to air leakage by charging coarse particle incineration ash intermittently and charging fine particle incineration ash continuously into the melting furnace. CONSTITUTION:Incineration ash is conveyed to a classifying machine 11 by a conveyor 12 and it is classified into fine particle ash A and coarse particle ash B. And the fine particle ash A is charged continuously into the furnace main body 1 from a screw feeder 13 for supplying fine particle ash through a fine particle ash charging cylinder 15 and fine particle ash supply damper 16. On the other hand, the coarse particle ash B is carried out successively into a coarse particle ash charging cylinder 17 by 2 vibration conveyor 14 for supplying coarse particle ash and charged intermittently into the furnace main body 1 through a coarse particle ash supplying damper 18. By supplying the fine particle ash A that contains unburned matters that are liable to burn violently and moisture continuously a variation in the pressure in the furnace main body 1 is suppressed and the negative pressure can be made smaller and the heat loss due to air leakage can be reduced.
