Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately measure the state of vibration of a pin-erecting device. CONSTITUTION:A pin-erecting device is provided with a pin-erecting part 1 and a vibrator 2. On the pin-erecting part 1, a vertical vibration measuring instrument 31 and a back-and-force vibration measuring instrument 32 are arranged. Then two measuring instruments 31 and 32 are connected to an oscilloscope 4. The vibration in the vertical direction and back-and-force direction given to the pin-erecting part 1 by a vibrator 2 is measured by a vertical vibration measuring instrument 31 and the back-and-force vibration measuring instrument 32 respectively. The vibration is converted to an electric signal by the two measuring instruments and sent to the oscilloscope 4. The oscilloscope compounds the signal sent from both measuring instruments 31 and 32, and it indicates the correct direction of vibration and the magnitude of amplitude.
