Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To properly determine whether cooling or heating is appropriate by determining a selection of cooling or heating with a determination means in which the selection is made from the measurements of the temperature of respective rooms and outdoor temperature by the factor of the average room temperature among the rooms immediately after the operation mode is switched to an automatic mode, and by the factor of the outdoor temperature in a case where a heat source machine remains stopped. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after operation mode is switched to automatic, a first cooling or heating determination means 8 selects the cooling if the average room temperature of values from thermostats 5 in respective rooms is higher than a reference value T1, and the heating if it is lower. While a heat source machine 1 remains stopped, a second cooling or heating determination means 9 integrates the cooling times if the outdoor temperature by an outdoor temperature sensor 6 is higher than a reference value T2, the heating times if it is lower than a reference value T3 (T2>T1), and the suspension times of the heat source machine 1 if it is between T2 and T3, and selects the cooling (if heating is being performed presently) when the cumulative time of suspension of the heat source machine 1 is greater than a preset value or the heating (if cooling is being performed presently). Because of this, even if the thermal load fluctuates due to the outdoor temperature, etc., an optimum operation mode can automatically be selected. |
