COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To provide the collection and distribution device equipped with a broadcast data distributing function and a collecting function for answer data to broadcast data in addition to an individual data collecting and distributing function. CONSTITUTION:In the collection and distribution device which has a connection part 1 for a data controller, connection parts 51-55 for plural portable data input/output equipments, a distribution-side gate switch switching part 4 and a collection-side gate switch switching part 3 which switch connections with the data controller and portable data input/output equipments, and a gate switch switching decision part 2 which selects the switching of the gate switch switching part, the gate switch switching decision part 2 is provided with a means which discriminates between individual distributed data and broadcast data and the distribution-side gate switch switching part 4 is provided with a common connection means 47 which turns on the respective gate switches of the distribution-side gate switch; when the broadcast data are distributed, a common connection is made to supply data to all the portable data input/ output equipments and the answer data are collected from one portable data input/output equipment.
