Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To exactly control a temperature of an area from a low temperature range to a high temperature range by one temperature detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R1 is connected parallelly to a thermistor Th to detect the temperature of heat generated by a heater 22 and a temperature characteristic to an output voltage is obtained being simplified into a straight line, and in this cast, when an objective temperature range is divided into plural ones, by switching the values of pull-up resistors R2-R5 of the thermistor Th, the temperature characteristic is switched so as to be almost linear over the range of the respective temperature ranges.
