PURPOSE:To provide a charge pump circuit which contains a transistor circuit consisting of a bipolar structure to attain the transformation into an IC which can work at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A charge pump circuit contains a 1st feed circuit 10 which receives a 1st drive signal and outputs a current, a 2nd feed circuit 12 which receives a 2nd drive signal having the different phase from the 1st drive signal and outputs a current, a capacitor circuit 14 where both circuits 10 and 12 are connected in parallel to each other and at the same time the voltage is charged by the output current of the circuit 10 or 12, and a differential amplifier circuit 16 which amplifies the charge voltage of the circuit 14 up to a prescribed level. The circuits 10, 12 and 16 include the bipolar transistors respectively.
