CONSTITUTION:The short circuit tester comprises a switching circuit for switching between output signal from an internal circuit 11 and a test signal, a first exclusive OR circuit 22 for producing exclusive logical sum of two potentials on an upper side pin 12A and an adjacent pin 12B, and a second exclusive OR circuit 24 for producing exclusive logical sum of two potentials on a lower side pin 12C and an adjacent pin 12B.
