CONSTITUTION:A bobble mixing stage and the adding stage of a flocculating agent are incorporated in an improving method for water quality. In the bubble mixing stage, fine bubbles are mixed with stored water 7. In the adding stage of the flocculant, a first liquid consisting of the acidic solution of chitosan is mixed with stored water 7. Furthermore a second liquid containing polyacrylic acid and silicic acid is mixed therewith.
