Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To miniaturize a system by connecting a bootstrap capacitor between the collector of an NPN transistor and the cathode of a diode with anode connected with a powder supply. CONSTITUTION:In a drive circuit 2, a transistor Tr12 is turned on and Tr14, Tr15 and Tr17 are turned off when an input signal Vin reaches an H level. Then, a base current is supplied from a power supply Vcc so that a transistor Tr16 is turned on and a transistor Tr18 is simultaneously turned on while a transistor Tr8 is turned off. However, a sufficient base current is supplied by a bootstrap capacitor CBS so that the transistor Tr18 is quickly turned on. On the other hand, when the input signal is at an L level, the transistor Tr12 is turned off, the Tr14, Tr15 and Tr17 are turned on and the Tr16 and Tr18 are simultaneously turned off. As a result, the transistor Tr8 is turned on and driven on the basis of a constant current. Therefore, the power supply Vcc can be made into a low-voltage one and a system can be miniaturized.
