Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide an amorphous alloy as a magnetic core for a noise filter which has less deterioration in a pulse resistance characteristic by incorporating an Fe-Mo alloy having a specific grade, at least one kind of Si, Al and at least one kind of B, C and P at a specific ratio into said alloy. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous alloy of the compsn. in which the component A as the metal consisting of a combination of Fe and Mo, the component B consisting of at least one kind of Si and Al and the component C consisting of at least one kind of B, C and P are out of the range enclosed by a curve X in the figure 1, on the line of the curve Y and within the region enclosed by the curve Y and the content of Mo is 3-7% is produced.
