Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanging device, never requesting cleaning even when air is filled with cutting oil mist and thereby the environment around a control panel becomes bad and prominent in the property of maintenance, by a method wherein the heat exchanger, provided in the control panel of a machine tool and the like and cooling air around the control panel, is provided with an oil receiver. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heat transfer fins 6 are arranged in a heat exchanging device 16 at predetermined intervals. A first airflow passage 8 for internal air and a second airflow passage 14 for atmosphere are formed through the heat transfer fins 6 while the heat exchanging device is constituted so that the second airflow passage 14 for atmosphere is provided with an oil receiver 19.
