Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To efficiently perform micronization of inflow air, perfect mixing of the inside of an aeration part, and flotation of an immobilizing carrier, in a high load and a stable treatments of organics in sewerage, industrial waste water, etc., by a high speed aeration sedimentation basin using the immobilizing carrier. CONSTITUTION:A lower part of a stirrer 12 which is installed at an aeration part 5 of the high speed aeration sedimentation basin using the immobilizing carrier, is made from a turbine blade, and the upper part is made from a propeller or a puddle blade and a micronizing air bubble diffusing pipe 3 is arranged at a bottom of the aeration part. Thus the treatment is performed stably without stripping of the carrier and dismantlement of the sludge.
