RING ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTING METHOD OF SHIELD EXCAVATOR

PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply assemble a ring without requiring any skill by assembling it while rotating a tapering of a shield excavator at a rotary angle calculated on the basis of geometrical conditions such as size, etc., of the taping. CONSTITUTION:A controller 20 mounting an automatic directional control system and a shield sequencer 21 are provided in the inside of an excavator body 1, and a personal computer 22 having an operation control system is installed on the ground. After that, earth pressure data detected by an earth pressure cell 23, position and direction data detected by an instrument incorporating a gyro and a level, rolling data detected by a gyro 25, stroke data of a shield jack 9 detected by a stroke gauge 26 and supply oil pressure data detected by a pressure gauge 27 are inputted to the controller 20. Then, the size of the tapering inputted through an input device 35 and data of geometrical conditions are stored in a memory. A CPU calculates a rotary angle of the tapering based on those conditions, and it is displayed on a display 28.
