Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable markings safely within a short period of time. CONSTITUTION:A position of a mobile station 4 is detected by a computer 6 based on reflected light of a laser beam or light directed to the mobile station 4 inside a tunnel 2 from a transmitter an receiver 5 of a fixed station 3. Detected position data is transmitted to the mobile station 4 from the fixed station 3, and a boring position 10 in a tunnel facing face 9 is operated through a computer 11 based on position data in the mobile station 4. A marking material 12 is emitted to the operated boring position 10 from an emitting means 13 provided on the mobile station 4, and a marking 16 is made at the boring position 10.
