TORQUE ADJUSTER OF TORSION BAR FOR AUTOMATICALLY CLOSING DOOR

PURPOSE:To obtain a torque adjuster by which twisted condition of a torsion bar can be quantatively judged and easily returned to zero in the initial torque. CONSTITUTION:The hexagonal nut 20 of a tortion bar 18 is inserted into the holder of a rotary member 38 and held nunratutable. The lower end of a torsion bar 19 connected to the torsion bar 18 is fixed to a fitting piece 21. The engaged part 48 of a stopper 39 is detachably meshed with the gear of a rotary member 38. The stopper 39 is energized in the direction of the rotary member 38 by a stopper setter 40. Engaged parts 48, 49 meshed with the gear 43 are changed over by the strected part 50 of the stopper 39 to be selectively changed-over to the rotatable direction with respect to the frame 6 of the rotary member 38.
