Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To inhibit rise of a potential on the surface of a ground coil device for magnetic levitation type railway due to a charging current and to prevent the generation of discharge by a method wherein a grounding member is provided on a shielding layer in a position at a prescribed distance from a terminal part, at which the shielding layer is grounded. CONSTITUTION:A projected part 13 is formed integrally on an insulating layer 3, which is at the longest creeping distance of a shielding layer 4 from a terminal part 2 grounded at a grounding part 10 of a feeder cable 9 through a grounding conductor 11 and is located at a position A on the opposite side to the terminal part 2. At the same time, a conductive grounding member made of a non-magnetic material or the like having a low eddy-current loss, such as a stainless steel, is buried in the part 13 at the time of formation of this projected part 13. The magnetic shielding layer 4 is formed in such a way that it is electrically connected to the peripheral edge part of the upper surface of the grounding member 14. Thereby, a rise of a potential in the surface of a ground coil device for magnetic levitation type railway use, for example, due to a charging current is inhibited and the generation of discharge in the surface of the coil device can be prevented.
