CONVERSION SYSTEM BEAM FORM BY INTEGRALLY PARTING DIE AND FORM-PARTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To enable form-parting, movement and conversion by using a form- parting jack without loosening and refastening a side member of a beam form. CONSTITUTION:The lower surfaces of weller members 7 connected between column head forms at the upper ends of forms 2 adjacent to one another, and positioned near to the column forms on a beam 6 in a conversion system form, are supported respectively by outer vertical supports 9 whose heights can be adjusted. The lower surfaces of weller members 7 positioned near to the centers between the column forms on the bear 6 are supported respectively by inner vertical supports 11 whose heights can be adjusted. The inner and outer vertical supports 11, 9 are used for a conversion system beam form by integrally parting dies which are coupled together foldably in the longitudinal direction. Upon form-parting, form-parting jacks 15 are set upright between opposite end parts of the weller members 7 and the lower surfaces of a floor plate 14 such as a half PC floor plate formed on a beam form 3. Thereby it is possible to part the beam form at once by actuating these die parting jacks 15.
