PURPOSE:To enable the removal of the ionic impurities included in a liquid crystal at the time of injecting the liquid crystal by constituting a liquid crystal injection boat of a boat body and an internal container which is inserted into this boat body and consists of an inorg. oxide. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal injection boat 4 is constituted of the 1 body 41 and the internal container 42. The internal container 42 which consists of the alumina of the inorg. oxide and stores the liquid crystal 2 is inserted into the boat body 41 consisting of alumina or quartz. Then, the ionic impurities included into the liquid crystal 2 are adsorbed by the inorg. oxide. The internal container 42 is more advantageous as the area in contact with the liquid crystal 2 is wider. The contact area is widened by providing the wall surface of the internal container 42 with ruggedness. The similar effect is obtainable as well even if the inside of the boat body 41 is provided with many granular bodies coated with the inorg. oxide on the surface in place of the internal container 42.
