TATAMI FLOOR AND TATAMI MAT

PURPOSE:To prevent the breeding of bacteria to a tatami floor and to keep the living efficiency of a tatami always in pleasant state by fixing the tatami floor formed of a waterproof sheet into a bag body and a tatami facing with a means not piercing with needle holes. CONSTITUTION:A tatami is so formed that a tatami floor 1 and a tatami facing 5 are fixed to each other with a fixing means 6 without using a needle. The tatami floor 1 is so formed that a rice plant straw floor 1, a polyolefin porous film 2 and a protection cloth of a nonwoven fabric having ags permeability are formed into a bag body by a seal tape 4. The adhesion of the porous film 2 to the protection cloth 3 is made as partial adhesion having approximate 10-80% of an adhesive area by means of drawing porous polytetrafluoroethylene in consideration of gas permeability and moisture efficiency. After that, the layer-built bodies are formed into a bag body welded by the seal tape 4. According to the constitution, the permeability of drinking water dropped on the tatami floor 1 can be prevented, and the breeding of bacteria through needle holes can be prevented.
