The composite material suitable for exterior or building part is obtained by preventing the falling-down or deformation or the metal panel by combined use of mechanical fixing method as needed. The composite panels consisting of the metal panel and the inorganic panel, having the same dimensions, so obtained, can be used for constructing walls for example.
