Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a building material excellent in weatherproofness and decorativeness by forming a composite panel in which a resin film-laminated metal panel is connected with an inorganic panel by various methods. CONSTITUTION:A resin film-laminated metal panel 1, in which an adequate thickness of resin film such as fluororesin film, obtained by various methods, is hot-bonded to a metal plate such as aluminium plate, is laminated with an inorganic panel 2 such as non-cement or cement panel by using an adhesive. The composite material suitable for exterior or building part is obtained by preventing the falling-down or deformation or the metal panel by combined use of mechanical fixing method as needed. The composite panels consisting of the metal panel and the inorganic panel, having the same dimensions, so obtained, can be used for constructing walls for example.
