INSPECTION DEVICE OF AIR BAG

PURPOSE:To improve the inspection accuracy in preventing any possible leak of air out of a charging hole and an exhaust hole at the time of inspection and improve the efficiency of inspection in a way of performing the setting operation of an air bag. CONSTITUTION:Since this inspection device is provided with a pair of clamp means 18, 23, 30, 31 temporarily pinching each peripheral part of a charging hole 203 and an exhaust hole 204 of an air bag 201 after being directly pressed and operated by manual operation, and clamp cylinders 11, 28, 29 keeping each airtightness of those of charging hole 203 and exhaust hole 204 after completion of the temporary pinching operation, these clamping means 18, 30 are directly pushed and operated for temporary pinching, so that this pressing operation and the positional adjustment between the charging hole 203 and the exhaust hole 204 are all performed at an extremely approximated position. Therefore, with attention paid to both operations, the charging hole 203 and the exhaust hole 204 are surely regulable to a normal position each, and these operations can be done easily.
