Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide pneumatic tires capable of improving maneuvering safety and durability with its weight being reduced. CONSTITUTION:A bead core 3 and a bead filler 4 are enfolded from the inner side to the outer side of a tire to be turned up in a carcass 1. A turned-up part 2 is further folded on the bead core side in the tire inner side at its turned-up terminal part 2a. A fiber reinforcing layer 5 is inserted between the turned-up part 2 and the turned-up terminal part 2a. The orientation angle of the fiber reinforcing layer 5 crosses a carcass cord angle.
