Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To conduct both drawing and injection molding in one process to obtain a composite body having a good interlayer adhesion without an occurrence of wrinkle or breakage by a method wherein after a metallic sheet material is pressed against a fixed mold by a ring piece, a resin is injected into a cavity, and a movable mold having a curved surface is closed while the pressing force of the ring piece is controlled. CONSTITUTION:A metallic sheet material in use is 30-600mum thick. An air cylinder 11 is provided in a movable mold plate 8 of a mold. A ring piece 13 is fixed to the top end of a piston 12. The metallic sheet material, such as an aluminum foil 16, is placed between a fixed mold and a movable mold, and clamping is started. Before a convex surface of a movable mold plate 10 abuts on the aluminum foil 16, the aluminum foil 16 is clamped between the ring piece 13 and a cavity block mold plate 6. The mold is closed until a compression zone remains while the clamping force is controlled. Next, a thermoplastic resin is injected through a sprue 14, thereafter being compressed while the clamping force of the ring piece 13 is controlled. |
