Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To drastically increase the supply number of drills and to drastically lengthen time for unmanned drive of a printed board drilling machine by providing a drill exchange device to discharge the drills in a pallet the life span of which is over and which are drawn out by an automatic carrier device and to supply new drills to a specified position in the pallet. CONSTITUTION:An automatic carrier device 40 to draw out a pallet 11 holding drills 14 the life span of which is over from a magazine 30 and to automatically carry this pallet 11 to a shelf 32 in the magazine 30 is provided. Thereafter, the drills 14 the life span of which is over in the pallet 11 which are drawn out of this automatic carrier device 40 are automatically discharged by a dill exchange device 70 and new drills 14 are supplied to a specified position in the pallet 11. Consequently, it is possible to drastically increase the supply number of the drills 14 and to drastically lengthen time for unmanned drive of a printed board drilling machine.
