Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make drying effectively without exhausting the hot steam directly to outside of a dish washer concerned by sucking the steam in a washing chamber to an exhaust pipe via a communication pipe through the use of the pressure difference generated by the high speed water stream in the exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION:A communication pipe 29 leading to a dish washing chamber 11 is installed on the way of an exhaust pipe 28 formed in the area from the upper part of a water reservoir 23 to its lower part. When the dish washing cycle has launched into the drying stage, a water exhaust pump 21 is operated to suck the water thereinto through a water suction pipe 27, which is followed by water returning from the exhaust pipe 28 to the water reservoir 23, to complete one cycle of operation. The pressure in the exhaust pipe 28 is sunk by the high speed water stream flowing therein, and the hot steam in the chamber 11 is sucked by the communication pipe 29 and condensed, and the inside of the chamber 11 can be dehumidified watercooledly. Therefore, the air in the wash chamber does not exhaust to outside the dish washing machine concerned, and there is no more hazard to a human body caused by hot steam. Further, this effective water-cooled dehumidification can dry the washed dishes, etc., in a short time.
