SEQUENCE FAULT DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC MACHINE

PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for immediately stopping a sequence controller when any fault is generated at an automatic machine and further to eliminate necessity for searching the abnormality of ON-OFF state data in the past which is missed conventionally, and for searching abnormal points executed by the maintenance person of the automatic machine. CONSTITUTION:Data from a sequence controller 3 are always collected by a data collection part 6 and when any fault is generated at an automatic machine 3, the data collected from a certain time point before the fault generation to the fault generation are displayed at a data history display part 8. When the fault is generated at the automatic machine 1, the data collection from the sequence controller 3 is stopped, and the data collected from a certain time point before the stop to the fault generation are compared with ON/OFF state data 12 for one cycle of the sequence controller at the time of normal operations which are preserved as normal pattern data in advance. Then, the result is displayed at a data display part 11 as the abnormal points.
